only after 3 weeks…this is the 3rdtime im so convicted to give up this job… finally i hav got the courage to prepare my resignation letter and anytime i am ready to go i will just drop in the letter…im not so bothered abt the students now cos they hav all grown up and n i know my limitation, my body n mental cant tackle it anymore… after working for so long in this company 1 year 4 months and i guess after seeing so many staff in and out the pioneering batch only left a few person the rest who came in later then me had all gone to somewhere else… im not so much worried abt getting what job next…im more worried abt my capability cos it has been badly affected since my body cant sustain the long teaching hrs and i cant perform well in my teaching.besides i wanna take a good rest…take deep thoughts abt the job that im doing now…for all this while i tot those students would be considerate abt our condition but i was wrong…they are merely customers…we are meant to please them if not they will balme u for the rest of ur life…which i find it worthless…no point to keep teaching in this environment where students wont appreciate u…there are some who used to be very close with me but later on they climb up to ur head n hit u!thats what i get after teaching for a yr n so in this college how pathetic…
