Should I quit?
These few days were considered to quit as a lecturer either to other college or to become a multimedia designer or motion designer. I’m still hesitating till further notice. Just met my former uni junior on Fri 1 yr younger than me but was from the tourism faculty. She has been working as a lecturer to at UCS. After having conversation with her I discovered that actually the condition that im working now is much pitiable as compared to her. She got into the working world later than me but her income is even higher thn mine. After 3months they hav got increment…Another thing is her teaching hr in a week will not exceed 16hrs, n that is the MAX, where as mine is like 20-24hrs each sem. At 1st I tot well, different college has its own policy so my college is new cant rely compare with them cos they had been establish for ab 4yrs plus. But I know after I heard that deep down in my heart, im not contented. I felt UNFAIR~ however there’s owest a small voice cross my mind that I shouldn’t be bothered abt those distractions since we are in a different field. If there is an open door for me sure I will think abt quiting unless thre are strong reasons to determine My stay, moreover most of my studnts now can survive without me wad… guess they no longer need me… cos I’m sure they are mature enough 2handle with new ambiance. Most of the badge will be graduating so should hav no big deal for them. Plus, lately im rely saddened by their ethic in college… SIGH~ don’t wish to mention here since it’s over. Close case~

Yo teaching hav always been effective n easy 2 undsrtnd…I really admire yo teaching capabilities & when u share yo experiences with us.
n how i wish all of the lecturer’s hav da same qualitis
with yo wide expertise we can learn alots from u n improve.(motivate)

dun wory abt that bex…i wont simply make my final decision until further notic, it was jus a tot in me…as long as i still find that lecturing is still a worthwhile job i will see hope and continue in this path…may the LORD shine His lamp unto my feet be my guidance~

haha…yeah right…but im glad that he’s some1 who can be called as considerate n yet mischievious in his own ways~glad that he’s mature to analyze thgs too, thats wat i expect to hear……that proves kyot has grown up!
