I had my hair trimmed

i had my hair trimmed on the same day I went to Planetshakers’ concert.
initially i plan to renew my hairstyle but end up remain similar style that is
just slightly different from my previous hairstyle. my fronthair was shortened.
at first, i was in dilemma and sort of indecisive cos i wasnt certain which saloon to go.
lastly i had decided to try up a new hairsaloon at padungan area. (anywa, dun get me wrong im not trying to make free publicity4 thm)
it was recommended by my sis as she is really into the art of hairstyle but havent got the chance to master those skills tho.
when i reached out my 1st step near the entrance door, to my surprise i could not find any female co-workers/ hairstylists inside the shop.
there were all GUYS n frankly speakin it was my first attempt to a saloon without any female staffs in it…i felt a litt’ discomfited cos at 1 glance all of the staffs there were not just ordinary blokes but were kinda ’sissy’ to me. yikes! that was the 1st impression i had upon them. i then approached the cashcounter & inquired a few questions to the owner be4 i decide to let my hair be trimmed.
after thinking thro i finally made my decision. the boss was quite courteous to me and he speaked very politely and that did ease my initially discomfy. i was then entertained by 1 hairstylist, wel..how should i describe him…erm… he was kinda polite too and he treated me very nicely plus he’s quite goodlooking with sleek-hairstyle and i’d guess he’s ard his twenties v younglad.
Although I might felt abit uneasy with guys who may have womanish characters somehow this1 was able to change some of my personaly perceptions toward these men. For all these while im quite against effeminate characters. I just dunno how to descibe it but I may feel spooky if i stay near them. nontheless, this hairstylist served me well and he wasnt rude or harsh when he washed/rinsed/trimmed my hair. I may give this1 a credit for his patience to entertain me cos i know im a very culculative and demanding customer.the thing i hated most is everytime if i happen to go any saloon wit female staff there, they’d tend to treat u roughly and show their faces like one kind…at times i really couldnt comprehend why some female (not all tho) working ethic is so bad and unmannerly.is this somewhat of gender favouritism?
perhaps they should attend on-course-training on how to serve the different customers’ behaviour before giving any services.

  1. I prefer male hairstylist. They’re more gentle and patient. Most female hairstylists have attitude problem. Take a picture of ur new hair and post it up lar.
