Am I too fierce?
It has always been wandering in my mind the question regarding the term ‘FIERCE’. At certain point, I gotto notice that some of my students dint dare to approach me whenever they encounter any problems with their study especially during lab session. Am I too fierce that had somehow enable the student to raise any inquiries even if they have they wonldnt dare to talk or discuss with me only a few of them who are really keen to study and daring enof to talk with me. Am I too unapproachable? Or am I too impatient? I am not so sure…it might be their speed of perception is acting under a lower level not to insult them but the fact is like this…personally i was a slow leaner specifically in the area of calculation but eachtime i will determine to revise back, I force myself to do regardless if how unwilling I may become.
Wel… when I became a student way bck in unimas…anytime if I couldnt understand what the lecturer is explaining abt I would take the initiative to approach the lecturer no matter how fierce he/she would turn to be in class. I really wonder why there are some students who arent to be bothered with their own thg? Dont they have any concern? Sigh…
Or mayb they are afraid to be ‘ALARMED’ by my voice in case they did somethg wrong. From what I can undersnt I have tried to explain in everythg as slow as poss but to my dismay some still couldnt catch a ball of what I was demonstrating in class…DOH!

some were too pampered that they will keep asking you even before they themselv trying…this kinda rely piss me off too cos they should follow and try to do it first instead of just becoming too dependant on me. they are the type who never take effort to remember what u told them and ‘yi lai’ u every second like spoonfeeding lar argh~geram
So if this happen…i will sure raise my tone and they got scolded as a result…
